To access either the Pre-CCST or Post-CCST sections, depending on your training stage, please ask your training programme director to contact BOS on your behalf. They will need to confirm your eligibility and specify which section you require access to:

• Your full name and BOS membership number, if known.
• The email address or username you use to log in, if known.
• The device you are using, such as a Windows PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone.
• The browser you are using, such as Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
• A brief description of the issue, including any error messages.
• Screenshots, if possible, to help us identify the problem.

Common Technical Issues

Login problems

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, use the Forgotten your password? page to reset your password.

We recommend using the Search by email address option.

If you still cannot access your account, please contact the e-Learning support team using the email address above.

Access to content

Some materials may only become available after earlier sections or activities have been completed. Please work through the course in the suggested order.

If you believe you should have access to the Pre-CCST or Post-CCST sections but cannot see them, please follow the access request process above rather than contacting technical support.

Technical difficulties

If you experience problems with videos, quizzes or interactive content, try the following:

• Refresh the page.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies.
• Try a different browser, for example Chrome instead of Safari.
• If possible, try accessing the VLE on another device.
